Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant No objection certificate to the petitioners for executing the gift deed for handing over layout roads and Open Space Reservation (OSR) lands as per approval order in Na.Ka.No.1022/2019/ThiMa-1 dated 10.10.2019 by considering petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2022.

2. Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation will be considered and take a decision within the time fixed by this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
