O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] C.M.P.No.142 of 2024 to condone the delay was ordered by this Court, by order dated 21.10.2024, on condition that, the cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 28.10.2024, due to wrong noting of the date according to the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, within time prescribed by this Court, the cost could not be paid, therefore seeking extension, the present miscellaneous petition has been filed.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and with regard to the aforestated facts and circumstances, we are inclined to extend the date for paying the cost for further period of one week from today, i.e., on or before 26.02.2025, failing which, the order dated 21.10.2024 would stand revived.
