ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24015 of 2018.

2.An order dated 17.02.2023 in Na.Ka.No.28082/2018/A4 passed by the District Collector, Krishnagiri, had been forwarded by the learned Special Government Pleader. A copy of the order of the District Collector, Krishnagiri, has also been given to Mr.Veera Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

3.In view of the same, nothing further survives to adjudicate in the contempt petition and the same is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies in manner known to law, if aggrieved by the order. 09.08.2023 smv Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No
