This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to take further action based on the complaint dated 12.07.2017 give by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
