ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for respondent No.1 states that construction in the name of Periyar Padipagam has been regularized pursuant to an order dated 16 th February, 2024 passed by the Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, Chennai-9 and rent in the sum of Rs.22/- per square feet per month with yearly enhancement as per rule has been fixed. The area is 943 square feet.

2. Without going into those details, we take the order has been complied with. Contempt petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
