This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 03.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 214 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No. 13 of 2024, on the file of Special Court for Pocso Act, Dharmapuri.

2. Dr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for petitioner submitted that after getting sanction from the competent authorities, the papers forwarded by the authority to the counsel on record and thereafter the appeal was filed on 02.09.2025, as a result of which, there is a delay of 151 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arose, which is neither willful nor wanton. Therefore, he filed this petition to condone the delay in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit seems to be justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow this petition.
