The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.16371 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein. In proof of which, a copy of the status report dated 16.06.2025 of the respondent/The Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore, has been produced before this Court after duly serving a copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had also gone through the same.
