This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when directed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.16403 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19459 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.
