ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to register the petitioner's compliant dated on 07.12.2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite he has given complaint as early as on 07.12.2022, no action has been taken so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is available with the third respondent and they are going to assign C.S.R. number and initiate enquiry.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the preliminary enquiry and do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
