Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10.09.2015 in P.W. No. 1 of 2015 passed by the First Respondent by way of appeal under Section 17 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, before the jurisdictional District Court along with an application to condone the delay in filing the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
