This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24493 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.
2. Heard both sides.
3. At this stage, this petition shall stand dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to comply with the conditions, after discharging from the hospital and he shall appear before the respondent Police daily, at 10.30a.m.,for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
