This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders"

imposed in Para 5(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24357 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
