C.M.P.No. 27225 of 2023 in C.R.P.SR. No. 141318 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the impugned order in E.A.No.2 of 2022 in E.P.No. 1224 of 2016 in O.S.No. 1609 of 1996 dated 03.11.2022 on the file of X Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as the Revision Petitioner has filed the original order copy before this court in C.R.P.No. 1088 of 2023 and the same was reserved for orders on 25.04.2023, he is unable to file the same with this C.R.P. Hence, they may be permitted to produce copy of orders uploaded in the official website. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
