ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent assumed charge as the Manager of the Arulmigu Kumaradevar Madam and is selling the Madam's lands to the real-estate owners.
3. Not even a single document is placed on record to substantiate the contentions of the petitioner. In absence of any documents, no orders can be passed. In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. In case the petitioner can lay his hands on proper documents, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.
