This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.No.sr112499 of 2023.

2.Heard M/s.M.Rebecca, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.A.K.Rajaraman, learned counsel for R3 & R4.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to order this Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and print the name of Mr.A.K.Rajaraman, as learned counsel for R3 & R4, at the time of listing the Appeal Suit.
