This application has been filed to extend time for three months for filing the report in compliance with the Order dated 10.07.2023 made in O.P.No.315 of 2023.

2. Having regard to the fact that the share for the minor has already been deposited in the name of the minor, the only grievance of the applicant is that sale deed could not be produced within the time, time is extended for a further period of three months for production of the sale deed.
