This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police-Solavaram Police Station on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14433 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13069 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice, ie., on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
