J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Contempt is alleged of the order dated 30.01.2023. The operative portion of the order reads as follows:- "Hence, the order of the writ Court is set aside. The writ appeal will stand allowed. The punishment imposed on the appellant will stand set aside. Needless to observe that the appellant will be entitled to all the benefits that would have accrued to him, but for the punishment. No costs." 2/4
