ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 24.04.2025 made in Crl.MP.No.103 of 2025, on the file of Special Judge, Special Court Under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. The brief facts of the case:

The petitioner herein filed petition before the Trial Court to return the 4 gram gold coin, 2 gram gold coins, cash of Rs.1.22 Lakh, GPY ID Card of the petitioner, Maharashtra Bank Passbook of the petitioner and her husband, Apple I Phone 15, Oppo F27 Mobile Phone, gold coin with heart dollar 2 1/2 sovereign, smart phone, UCO Bank passbook of the petitioner and her husband, that Aadhaar cards of the petitioner and her husband and the GPY certificates under Sections 497 and 503 of BNSS. On hearing both sides, the Trial Court dismissed the said petition. Challenging the same the petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. A perusal of records, it shows that Rs.30 lakhs is said to have been defrauded from the complainants. Further, the investigation is not completed in this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this Revision case. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 24-10-2025 Pbl T.V.THAMILSELVI J.
