This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24183 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24183 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthukkottai, Thiruvallur District, on the first working day of December, 2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the trial Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
