This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.13676 of 2024 on 04.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.00 AM, for six months.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.11(d), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.13676 of 2024 on 04.07.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
