(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for the caveator/respondent 1.

2. This application is filed seeking leave to file writ appeal against the order dated 13.07.2022 in W.P.No.7824 of 2022.

3. The applicant claims to be the employer of the original writ petitioner. Under the impugned order, directions are given to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the original writ petitioner, taking note of the observations made therein.

4. Considering the fact that the present applicant is the employer of the original writ petitioner and the impugned order was passed without impleading the present applicant as a party, the application stands allowed and is disposed of. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C.,J.) 17.11.2023 drm
