When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2022, while dismissing the bail petition, this Court directed the learned trial Judge to complete the trial in C.C.No.110 of 2022 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no charge of circumstances subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier bail petition on 16.11.2022. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the learned trial Judge to complete the trial within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
