Heard Ms. E.Kowsalya, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had on 19.10.2023 applied for certified copy of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the First Respondent in A. P. Nos. 1 and 2 of 2023, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition. 3.
When the matter is taken up for admission today, it is represented by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that certified copy of the aforesaid order has been received and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
