The present application is filed by the applicants/defendants to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the written statement of the 3rd defendant.

2. According to the applicants, summons were served on them on 17.02.2025 and the written statement was filed on 06.06.2025. The outer limit of 120 days for filing the written statement was on 17.06.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.
