This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14932 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18141 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice, on any working day at 10.30a.m.,till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
