ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent has serious objections, this Court finds that the reasons given by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition cannot be discarded. Since the petitioner has given sufficient cause for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
