ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP.No.24298 of 2022 1/4

dated 26.06.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to redeem the mortgage deed and release the original title deed document which was deposited as security, to the petitioner forthwith.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in WP.No.24298 of 2022 dated 26.06.2024, the respondent filed review application in Rev.Aplw.No.185 of 2024, wherein this Court granted interim order on 28.10.2024.

3. In view of the above, no contempt is made out. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed at present.
