These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 612 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the first petitioner (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner and rank them as appellants 3 to 6, respectively in the above appeal.

2. There is no representation for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.853 of 2017 and list the same for final hearing after two weeks.
