This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for deliberate disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.P.No.20871 of 2011 dated 16.11.2018. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Mohanamurali For Respondent : Mrs.P.Kavitha, Gov. Advocate.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for deliberate disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.P.No.20871 of 2011 dated 16.11.2018.

2. This court while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.20871 of 2011 on 16.11.2018, has given a direction as extracted hereunder.

" .. the 6th respondent is permitted to make his objections before the 3rd respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such objections within the said period, the 3rd respondent (re-designated as District Educational Officer, Vellore) is directed to consider and dispose of both the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2011 and the objections of the 6th respondent, after giving sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter."

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this court in W.P.No.20871 of 2011 dated 16.11.2018, the District Educational Officer, Vaniyambadi has issued a proceedings dated 07.01.2020 in Na.Ka.No.4224/A3/2019 and she has also placed the above

said proceedings before this court.

4. Inview of the above, the order passed by this court in W.P.No.20871 of 2011 dated 16.11.2018 is complied with. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
