ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to process the petitioner's trademark application No.5007957 pending with the 1/3

respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. On the last hearing date, i.e., on 14.11.2024, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent sought time to get instructions with regard to the prayer sought for in this writ petition. Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioner's trademark application No.5007957 pending with the respondent will be processed. The said undertaking given by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to process the petitioner's trademark application No.5007957 pending with the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
