ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a month i.e. On the first Tuesday of every month at 10.30. a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 690 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and final report not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.690 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. for another period of two months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
