This application has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the affidavit of documents of typed set on behalf of the plaintiff in the above suit.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.
