The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Cr.No.506 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that after the demise of petitioner's mother, there was a wordy quarrel between the family members and in result, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Thereby, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
