ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioners in connection with the registration of FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022 pending before the fourth respondent. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that while pending the writ petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the counter party and the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022 has also been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15825 of 2023 by an order dated 14.07.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for

the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, the look out circular as against the petitioners is now withdrawn by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Chennai, by his communication dated 28.10.2023. 4.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
