For Petitioner(s) : Mr.G.Mutharasu For Respondents : Mr.K.Srinivasamurthy (for R1) Mr.G.Venkatesan (for R2 and R3) COMMON ORDER All the Writ Petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allot a house to the petitioner(s) in Chennai under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme (PMAY-U).

Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of these writ petitions, the respondents intended to allot house sites in favour of the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that if the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.9,35,000/- in respect of Manali Pudhunagar Phase - 2 or a sum of Rs.6,14,900/- in respect of 2/5

Moolakothalam Phase - 2, then the petitioners will be allotted house sites under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme. Further, he submitted that and after the Writ Petitioners give consent for payment of the beneficiary share for the tenement, as per Board letter No.G6/1352/2023, dated 17.02.2023, the allotment will be processed. 5.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to allot house site to the petitioners at either Manali Pudhunagar Phase - 2 or at Moolakothalam Phase - 2, upon receipt of the necessary payment from the petitioners as per Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme.
