ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and when required for interrogation on the petitioner imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 21616 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and final report not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.21616 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly once for another period of two months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
