allot a house to the petitioner at Chennai under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme.

For Petitioners : Mr.G.Mutharasu For Respondents : Mr.K.Srinivasamurthy for R1 Mr.G.Venkatesan for R2 and R3 C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allot a house to the petitioners at Chennai under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme.

2.Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendancy of these writ petitions, the respondents intended to allot house sites in favour of the petitioners. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 2/4

submitted that if the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.9,35,000/- in respect of Manali Pudhunagar Phase - 2 or a sum of Rs.6,14,900/- in respect of Moolakothalam Phase - 2, then the petitioners will be allotted house sites under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme and to substantiate the same, he produced a copy of the communication of the second respondent dated 17.02.2023 sent to one V.Thulasi.

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to allot house site to the petitioners either at Manali Pudhunagar Phase - 2 or at Moolakothalam Phase - 2 after the petitioners make the entire payment as per Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all (Urban) Scheme.
