This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1, 4 and 5 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of inquiry, by considering the petitioner's notice dated 08.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, which is purely civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition as it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.
