O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2023, 26.05.2025 and 31.05.2025 and to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent under the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 and to cancel the sale deed Doc.No.1693/2015.

2. The case of the petitioner is that in a loan transaction, he executed a sale deed in favour of the respondent and the respondent also executed a reconveyance agreement to reconvey the property on repayment of loan amount with interest. However, now the respondent refuses to reconvey the property.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that it is a case of civil dispute and if at all there is any reconveyance agreement, the police machinery cannot be used to settle the dispute as it has to be established before the Civil Court. This Court finds no merits in this petition.
