ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.310 of 2023 dated 30.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), states that on enquiry, it is found that the case is mistake of facts and RCS notice to be served to the defacto complainant and soon, the same will be filed before the Court.
