This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25190 of 2024 vide it order dated 17.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to modification petition is pending before this Court, the petitioner unable to execute the sureties within a time stipulated by this Court, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
