This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25190 of 2024 vide its order dated 17.10.2024 as the petitioner shall appear before the Nagapattinam police station daily at 10.30am until further orders instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was transferred to Nagapattinam District and already investigation was also completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on every first working day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
