ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner issued a legal notice to the respondent/ contemnor inter alia alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with. On receipt of the same, a reply has been given vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.532/2017 dated 06.11.2019 to the effect that the needful will have to be done towards removal of unauthorised occupation either by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board or the Coimbatore Corporation. The petitioner was also informed about the communications sent to the above said two authorities by the letters dated 18.04.2017, 22.06.2017 and 14.05.2018 respectively.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action in the manner known to law after impleading the Coimbatore Corporation and the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, if so advised.
