ORDER

The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.14469 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the compensation has been settled.

3. Since this Court has not quantified the compensation, if any the petitioner is eligible for enhancement of compensation, he has to approach the competent authority. The said allegations cannot be construed as willful default committed by the respondent and thus, the contempt petition stands closed. 25.04.2025 Index :
