This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 16.12.2025 received from the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam through the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore and also the letter of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore dated 19.12.2025, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.87 of 2018.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam.
