Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for committing contempt of the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.23267 of 2019 in W.A.No.3638 of 2018 dated 19.11.2019.
