This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-2 Chrompet Traffic Investigation Police, Tambaram to Inspector of Police, Law and Order, pursuant to the representation dated 25.03.2024 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that investigation in Crime No.28 of 2024 is completed and charge sheet also filed.

3. Since the respondents-Police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, transfer of investigation from one agency to another would not arise and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
