This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1456 of 2022 on 25.01.2024 that the Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
