By this application, the father of the minor child seeks temporary custody between 24.12.2022 and 02.01.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the mother submits that the child is autistic and suffers from learning disabilities. She also submits that the child is sensitive as regards dietary intake. She submits that the mother of the child is willing to provide access to the father on Christmas and new year. Learned counsel for the father of the child seeks such access for the ten day period, as prayed for.

3. Upon considering the above submissions, the following order is passed:

(i) the father of the child is permitted to pick up the child from the house of the mother at 10.00 A.M. on 24.12.2022, 25.12.2022, 31.12.2022 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rna (ii) on each of the above dates, the father of the child shall hand over the child to the mother of the child latest by 7.00 P.M on the respective dates.

(iii) the father of the child shall ensure that appropriate food is provided to the child by taking into account the health condition and sensitivity of the child.

(iv) this application is disposed of on these terms.

4. List the matter on 12.01.2023.
